 I have a client who writes all of their posts in MSWord and then
 copy/pastes them into WordPress, including the titles. However their
 titles are pre-`wptexturized()` basically with fancy single and double
 quotes, triple periods converted to a single character, etc. These don't
 get stripped when creating the stub and that results in some really ugly
 HTML entity based URLs.

 We should expand the list of characters that get replaced/removed.
