 This can be done *right now* by assigning a different sidebar ID on each
 page.

 The trouble with this is that some widgets cannot be re-used on different
 pages. This seems quite arbitrary.

 The other issue is that when changing themes, widgets can 'get lost' - so
 it'd be nice to be able to tie a widget setup to a theme choice, and then
 clear all widgets on a new theme, of copy widgets from one theme to
 another (rather than assume that the current widget choice is good for all
 themes - as if I move from a theme with one sidebar to one with multiple
 widgetable locations the current system is a real pain).
