Comment:

 Here's a patch that adds a boolean 'is_sticky' field to
 metaWeblog.getPost/editPost/newPost XML-RPC methods.  I'll ping the
 AtomPub email list and see what's considered the right way to expose this
 functionality via AtomPub.
