 How about people just stop using those stupid js's and use jQuery ;)

 Or for that matter, Only queuing those JS's on the pages that need it..
 (which is none of Core WP, only plugins which choose to use it still)

 ...On a more serious note, See also: #8629 & [10291] (Whilst that commit
 doesn't touch the JS mentioned here..)
