 On the dashboard, the left sidebar needs to be more compressed. You
 need the plus and minus markers commonly seen on menus these days,
 with all items unfolded by default.

 Otherwise, unless one has a giant monitor screen, lower items will
 "zap back up".

 As an example, click the lowest item, "Settings->Miscellaneous".
 Note how it is now buried way back at the bottom, very frustrating for
 one who then wishes to click "Settings->Permalinks".

 OK, if one rolls up each item, then it all fits back on the screen.

 Maybe you should also make each item thinner, removing the logo.
