Comment:

 1 Major problem with this would be that most themes styles are not
 verbose, they'll apply to the entire screen.

 I notice that that plugin uses {{{tinyMCE.importCSS(inst.getDoc(),}}} Does
 that import it for only the TMCE?

 Sending to 2.9 as it has no patch, and is an enhancement, Can be brought
 forward to 2.8 upon a patch being submitted.
