 A note regarding use of files. On wordpress.com and some other MU
 installations, consecutive page loads aren't guaranteed to hit the same
 server or even necessarily the same datacenter.  Since these files aren't
 added through the uploader, they may not be replicated to the server[s]
 handling later parts of the import process.
