 When there is only 1 theme folder, such as *just* "classic" or *just*
 "default," nothing shows up under wp-admin/themes.php.

 It shows you this,

 All of this theme’s files are located in .

 And does not let you select a theme.

 Add another theme to the folder /themes/, and they both show up.
