 Excellent point.

 I wouldn't normally have proposed it as such except I think the real
 question is "''Is the term 'Post Type' too confusing?''" with a potential
 follow up being "''If it's too confusing which of these should we use
 instead?''" In hindsight, and after replying to you I would have proposed
 those two questions in that order instead of the one question with the
 note which admittedly now looks like a poor choice of wording to me too.

 Said another way, I believe we might be getting worked up about something
 that won't really be a problem if we just leave it be.
