 Oh, I forgot one (and it's an important one):

  6. wpdb->prepare() does not properly substititue {{{'%%s'}}}.

 ''Regarding 6.:'' the fix-suggesting regex flavored alternative
 ([comment:10 ref. to dd32]) doesn't properly substitute {{{'%%%s'}}}.
 Naturally such cases are properly handeled in my patch.
