 I like your idea incorporating the back-to-blog link from wp-login. To do
 so, we would have to completely redo the markup and CSS for the install
 page to implement the back-to-blog with anything close to the CSS we use
 on wp-login.

 Unless there is a desire to bring closer together the look of the install
 and login pages on the whole, we should probably settle for a simple link.
 The "Already Installed" page isn't exactly one that is reached often,
 unless I'm missing something.
