 I'm going to do a UI review with Matt Thomas (who skinned 2.7 with the
 visual style) the 2nd week of January and ID all the things that need
 touch-ups for 3.0. Alerts have needed this since 2.7, as they didn't get a
 new style with everything else. Since the UI will be getting touched for
 the merge with MU, I'd like to hold off on UI tickets until after the
 review with MT so that everything will be consistent in 3.0.
