 When you want to install new plugin via WP interface, WP displays plugin
 description (on page plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information). Displayed
 text is not divided into paragraphs. As I checked in page source, there
 are double new line chars after each between paragraphs. WP can use them
 to insert <p>...</p> tags around each paragraph.
