Comment:

 If a user has the ability to access the post on the admin-side (ie. user
 is an admin, is an author of the post, or has the ability to edit other
 users posts) then access via the permalink (either /x/y/z/ or ?p=123)
 would still be possible (I believe).

 It should not be visible to users which are not logged in in a privledged
 account.. Can you confirm that is the case?
