 I should've added a IMO in there too.. Leave the deprecated functions in
 pluggable.php, preferably at the end of the file (as it's the last thing
 people will see, and hopefully come accross the new version higher up in
 the file), Just add a deprecated call to it.. and marked clearly that it
 shouldnt be used at all if at all possible.
