 On my local testing server (MAMP on OS X), this works fine. But on my live
 server (PHP 5.... on Apache 2.2.11 on Linux) the sanitised version of the
 image name which is used for the slug is also being used for the Title.

 This has always been the case; it was only recently that I noticed that it
 ''didn't'' happen on my local testing server!

 Both sites are 2.9 beta 2.
