Comment:

 MattyRob — it's not about how it looks, it's about consistency for our
 uses of the primary button style. Selecting files for upload isn't a
 primary action like saving... it's one of many steps involved in uploading
 media.

 I think we should fix the background issue, and not change the overall
 look of the button.
