Comment:

 Every time I do a new install or upgrade an existing install, I delete
 this theme and the Hello Dolly plugin immediately.

 I personally would like to see it removed. It could still be available
 from the Extend section if someone wanted to download it, but I don't
 think it needs to be distributed with the core package.
