Hi all --

Suggestion to avoid further mass Trac spammings:

When someone signs up for an account on Trac, limit them to three  
posts a day until they've done 9 posts (or 5 until 15, or whatever).

Won't stop the spammers entirely, but will prevent things like the  
100+ spam posts by "spomoni".  If someone's early posts seem  
suspicious (e.g. fill the daily quota with posts that don't really say  
much, but aren't definitively spammy) an admin can manually extend the  
"probation" period.

Just a thought.
