 I've updated the patch for the current trunk.  This does effectively the
 same thing as the old patch, with the addition of moving over link related
 meta_boxes to the meta-boxes.php file.  None of these are really able to
 be re-used in WordPress core (like the page and post ones were), but it's
 good to have them pulled out so that plugins can use them.
