 One of the main requests for the Widgets screen was to have all sidebars
 on it at the same time. Why would you want to revert this?

 Perhaps an improvement to the UI would be to have the sidebars vertically
 draggable so the user can bring the needed sidebar (when there are many)
 closer to the Available Widgets area and maybe hiding the descriptions in
 Available Widgets. Both can be implemented easily by plugin.
