 Widgets screen, with patch applied, is still fully functional on my end. I
 can add, move, save, close, remove, drop into inactive widgets, move from
 a sidebar to the next... and I can still remove columns from the editor's
 screen.

 tested in camino 2 and safari 4

 it needs FF and IE testing now. I'll get an IE user onto it this WE.
