 -- i modified my user.php on line 167 (in your patch it´s 186?) and tested
 with $pass1 on a test-account; same behavior as before > no e-mail get´s
 send to the newly registered user; for user registering themself on front-
 end behavior stays the same > pass&username get´s send via e-mail.
