Comment:

 I might be getting this wrong, but the way I understand the ticket is
 this:

  - user is seeking to set the height of his table cells by inserting br
 tags and/or empty paragraphs
  - user switches back and forth from TinyMCE to normal editor
  - above-mentioned editor.js messes around with his post

 This is 100% related to js. Else close as wontfix.
