 There is very much code WordPress running useless CPU-Cycles with every
 request only to handle absolut URLs. Believe me. You can judge that
 punctually on it. It really is a Feature Request and I assume this Feature
 is that bold, that it - if implemented - will affect a lot. If I would
 only replace some output then this can stay with absolut urls as well and
 a little output bufferung bracket and some replacements afterwards.
