 I'm not sure I quite understand what you are saying/asking. In the
 dashboard when editing a page the parent attribute should show all pages
 now except those that would cause a hierarchical loop (e.g. a page being
 it's own parent, or a parent being a child of one of it's own children or
 grandchildren). If you are talking about a styling issue with the
 dropdown, I think that's already part of separate bug (I remember seeing
 it recently).
