 Oh, and also, your whole UI is totally AJAX dependent. If AJAX is not
 working for any reason, you have no fallback. No help for the user. No
 hints whatsoever. They just have a blank text box with no real idea what
 the heck they need to type into it.

 I'm sorry, but there's nothing redeeming about this UI. The dropdown with
 actual standard *valid* names is still far superior.
