 Adding a new patch file (tz-autocomplete-2.diff) that hopefully brings us
 closer to resolution.

 The new patch is a replacement of my previous one so should be run against
 an un-patched core.

 Changes:

 * Better laid out time information in the settings screen
 * Removed the US/* and similar zone mappings
 * Added autocomplete for zoneinfo zones as well as the custom ones - if a
 slash "/" is in the text input, then it will search in zoneinfo for
 autocomplete suggestions
 * Added language to the description which suggests using zoneinfo if the
 custom names don't work out
