Comment:

 Never mind. I see the plugin above. I still think this is a stupid
 decision, since nearly every instruction for customizing your theme for
 particular categories, tags, posts, etc. involves finding the ID number
 for said category, tag, etc. Having no method (without a plugin) beyond
 hovering over some link to find the ID is lame.
