 Results from testing 7875.6.diff for FTP installs and updates on a shared-
 hosting account (with A Small Orange).

 Updating 3 plugins (1 active, 2 inactive)

   * 1x:  Could not copy file, on inactive plugin
   * 2x:  Success
   * 1x:  Success but got dialog to download update.php, on the other
 inactive plugin

 Updating 3 themes (1 active, 2 inactive)

   * 3x:  Success

 Installing 3 themes

   * 3x:  Success

 Installing 3 plugins

   * 3x:  Success
