Comment:

 Patch is again outdated. Please update and notify and I will test. Being
 moved to 2.9 as well since this a major change to the system. If there is
 enough time to test this, I think it can be in 2.8, but right now it's
 really close to release.

 Also create the .js files to to follow the .js file conventions in the
 script-loader.php file. dev and have one of them be the uncompressed
 version.
