 According to the WordPress Glossary Private Posts are "(viewable only to
 you)" This is not the case, all admin level users can see them.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1/ Ensure you have 2 Admin level Users in WordPress
 2/ Create a Private Post using one account
 3/ Log out and log in as your other users
 4/ View the site and see the 'private' post

 Either the documentation is wrong or this is a bug.
