 And that just seems to negate the need to move it elsewhere.. I mean, Its
 not like you CAN re-use it for other purposes.. You'd just extend
 IXR_Server for a different server role.. The wp_xmlrpc_server class is
 just IXR_Server with the default methods included, if you need to add
 extra methods, then use the filer..
