 There are some plugins (like WpLicense) that allow us to license new
 content. But the possibilities are very limited. It would be much better
 if meta information would be stored by default for every content that is
 used, so that every interface in Wordpress works with licenses. For users
 who do not want to work with licenses there should be a sane default
 license. The situation now is that people use different plugins and that
 the meta information of the content can not be exported to instances that
 do use other techniques. So this must be defined by the Wordpress core. I
 am sure that the people of Creative Commons would be able to to help,
 also. Licensing content is getting more and more important nowadays.
