 Pingbacks and trackbacks are closed too.  Posts cannot be enabled
 individually. This is a simple "Don't bother me" feature that I think
 doesn't need those options.  When I turn this on I'm saying I don't want
 to be bothered with moderating comments or trackbacks on any old posts,
 period.
