Comment (by nbachiyski):

 A little patch, which implements maps bulk actions (over all checked
 comments), which are triggered by {{{Shift+<action key>}}} and
 {{{Shift+x}}} toggles all checkboxes.

 The edit key, {{{e}}}, now works.

 Also, I removed some unused code.
