 In the update version that I worked on, everything defaults to 0, being
 the non-gallery items.

 I will change the behavior to make [gallery] do all minus the items that
 are non-gallery items (i.e. 0).

 I was thinking that wasn't needed, but since I'm changing the way it
 works, I will do that."Insert this gallery into post".
