 {{{get_comment_class}}} adds appropriate classnames for comments that are
 odd or even threads or pingbacks or trackbacks, but it doesn't indicate
 whether something is a regular ol' comment.

 Adding a class of "comment" makes sense, it's parallel to the classes of
 "pingback" and "trackback," and it has precedent in the popular Sandbox
 theme to which {{{get_comment_class}}} bears similarity.
