 There was an empty white box next to the Publish button due to the floats
 not being cleared.

 Also, added some uniform padding to neaten it up.


 On a side note, is this the correct way to handle things like this?  I'd
 like to poke in and style some things and help here and there with the 2.7
 release when I have time.  Are there some final renderings of the pages
 that I can use for reference so I can go above and beyond the things that
 I blatantly notice?
