 About comment_patches.diff:

  * {{{comment_text()}}} work being duplicated
  * Logical placement of {{{</div>}}} (super trivial, but may as well get
 it)
  * reverse_top_level: the problem is that if you pass the
 reverse_top_level argument in set to false, which means that you want it
 to be false, but option "comment_order" is set to anything other than
 'asc', your reverse_top_level is set to true.
