 When importing a WXR and selecting to import the images where the source
 image doesn't exist the process will never complete and you will see an
 infinite loop of the following output:

 /var/www/wordpress.trunk/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1061

 Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in
 /var/www/wordpress.trunk/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1062
