 Context: admin themes: fresh vs. classic

 The classic admin theme bundled with WP should be updated to match the new
 admin interface, from a readability standpoint.

 Example: text is barely readable in top toolbar and the theme needs an
 appropriate wp logo color scheme. See attached screenshots.
