 Seems to be missing some handling code in page.php and an associate
 message in I guess edit-page-form.php.

 I'm not sure why there are two completely distinct sets of code pages
 handling the publishing process for Pages versus posts.  Historic I guess.
 I'd have though most of that is duplicated code that could do with being
 combined and parameterised.
