 My thanks to filosofo and Viper007Bond for suggesting the idea.

 I used the set no. 3 (see screensots attached to this ticket) with one
 icon change (Links), and now the menu looks really good!

 WHAT TANGOFY DOES

  1.  Replaces the 16x16 menu icons of r9882 with a mixture of Tango and
 GNOME icons.
  2.  Dispenses with the Black & White subset.
  3.  Hides the 32x32 icons.
