 I would recommend leaving the Update Profile button on the left, and
 possibly moving some others to the left that are now currently on the
 right (like the Save button in the Quick Edit screens).

 When working with a wide-screen monitor (1200x800 and up), entering data
 on the left side of the screen, then having to move the mouse all the way
 to right side of the screen just to click the button is a pain.
