 - Change the comment bubble to a simple pill shape, since we've got a
 proper comment icon in place now[[BR]]
 - Adjust the size and shape of comment bubble in tables[[BR]]
 - Remove the margin from .inside in the dashboard comments widget so the
 background on unapproved comments fits against the header
