 Various visual tweaks, including the following:[[BR]]

 - Standardize font declarations system-wide, moving Bitstream Vera Sans
 for Linux ahead of Windows fonts, use better monospace fonts[[BR]]
 - Reduce font sizes and increase line height in dashboard (per Jane)[[BR]]
 - Make RSS and Plugin list titles Georgia for emphasis (per Jane)[[BR]]
 - Adjust subsubsub to allow for greater H2 height now that icons are
 in[[BR]]
 - Allow for vertical padding around icon32[[BR]]
 - Center-align icon32 and h2 vertically[[BR]]
 - Include all button types in button style declarations[[BR]]
 - More attractive disabled button style[[BR]]
 - Hover state for screen-meta-links[[BR]]
 - Reduce left padding for pingbacks in Recent Comments (per Jane)[[BR]]
 - Make "pingback" text normal weight so it's not the only bold thing in
 the widget[[BR]]
 - Make dates in dashboard widgets sans-serif[[BR]]
 - Clear above "Available Themes" so the H3 doesn't float beside current
 theme thumbnail[[BR]]
