 Since the fold/unfold toggle is between two links, the cursor wouldn't
 change when hovering over it if it's a hand. I think we can try w-resize
 (it looks like double-arrow, left/right). Also adding titles/tool-tips
 there will make them pop up and cover the menu underneath, quite annoying.
