Comment:

 Not a WordPress bug, as this is an issue with your font rendering
 settings. If you turn off Hinting in System → Appearance → Fonts, the
 fonts will be truer to their original design.

 I'll attach a screenshot of what it looks like for me with hinting
 disabled.
