 plugins.php and plugin-install.php are still slow by the way, obviously
 because the server can't connect to wordpress.org right now (which is a
 temporary issue, I hope). I'll leave it up to you if this needs to be
 fixed as well. It's not as much as a deal breaker as the whole admin being
 slow.
